To report your arrival, select your destination airport from the list of supported airports and submit a photo of yourself for verification by CBP. Ensure that you complete this process within your arrival terminal area. After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation receipt which you will need to present to a Global Entry officer upon arrival. Be prepared to provide additional travel documents upon request. In case you encounter issues with obtaining a receipt through the mobile app, you can utilize an existing Global Entry kiosk and follow the standard process.
Please note that individuals who are not registered in the Global Entry program are not eligible to use this mobile application. This app does not offer an enrollment option for the Global Entry program. Such individuals must either follow the regular entry procedure or utilize the no-cost CBP Mobile Passport Control app.
